When your venue does not provide them, we can source and coordinate the necessary rentals through our trusted event partners. No. Base experience pricing covers the styling and services listed within the selected package. Tables, chairs, tents, lounge furniture, upgraded linens, and other externally sourced rentals are priced separately according to your venue, guest count, rental availability, and delivery requirements.

A 30% non-refundable deposit secures your date. If you need to reschedule, contact us ASAP and we'll accommodate a new date if available.
